The Baltimore County rental licenses must be renewed every three years.  The licenses must be granted within three years of the date of inspection.  If Greenlight Home Inspections originally inspected the property, we have two options for performing renewal inspections.

Option 1 Basic Renewal *

With the Basic renewal option, Greenlight home inspections will inspect the property according to Baltimore County guidelines, issue the inspection sheet upon passing, take the necessary photos and email them to the client.
Cost $110

Option 2 Standard Renewal *

With the Standard renewal option, Greenlight home inspections will include the Basic option plus an electronic inspection report that includes an enhanced inspection with recommendations and observations that would be included in a Home Inspection.  Note that this inspection will be delivered only to the property owner/manager.
Cost $150

If Greenlight Home inspections did not perform the original inspection the rate will be as follows
Single family homes *              $150

Condo (Apartment types) *       125
